NOTE: These chisels are spring loaded in case you should hook a rock or root it usually will not tear anything up. You can space the shanks closer or remove one or two if the load is too heavy for your tractor and the soil conditions.

Unless you are in sand or very light soil you will usually have to use a chisel or ripper to prepare the land for a disc to get the disc to do very much!
