At Bill's Tractor, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Equipment return policy below:
Equipment Returns
- No Returns on Equipment: Returns on equipment are not accepted.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only in specific circumstances where a machine fails and is under warranty. These exchanges must occur within 5 days of delivery.
General Return Guidelines
- 5-Day Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
- Eligible Products: Only new products are eligible for return. Used or damaged items are not accepted.
- Return Method: All returns must be processed in-store only.
- Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
This policy applies to all Tractors, Mowers, Trailers, Attachments, Implements, all stocked numbered items and anything Bill’s Tractor classifies Equipment.
