General Maintenance Person (Including Yard and Building Maintenance)
Responsible for moving equipment within the yard, operating a forklift, mowing & weed-eating yard, general yard and building maintenance.

Assistant Sales Support Accounting Position
Bill’s Tractor is looking for an individual to track inventory and provide contract support for our equipment sales team. We are looking for someone that has pleasant customer service skills and strong attention to details. This role is responsible for checking contracts and financing agreements, entering and tracking inventory, and many related tasks. We will train the right person. Prior experience in the auto industry or contracts would be helpful. General computer skills and a good working knowledge of Excel is required.

Tractor Mower Attachment Salesperson
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to work Saturdays and 2-4 weekdays to cover vacations of other salespeople (normally 30, but up to 45 hours some weeks). Sales experience in equipment sales preferred but not required.

Tractor Mechanic
Highly skilled Diesel mechanic to work on Tractors and farm equipment. We will consider training a Diesel Mechanic from another industry.

Small Engine Mechanic
Skilled Small Engine Mechanic to work on Stihl equipment and zero turn mowers.

Lube and Pre-Delivery Inspection Mechanic
Looking for a person with basic mechanical and tool use knowledge, able to perform oils and filter change services on used agricultural equipment, and pre-delivery and setup tasks on new equipment. Operator experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must be teachable, have a desire to work and progress, able to work in all weather conditions.
